individual therapy

Being human is a life-long process of healing, self-discovery, and growth. Grief, pain, and self-doubt may also surface as we navigate life’s changes and challenges. It all belongs, and it would be an honor to support you as you move through each of these emotions. In our work together, I’ll help you increase awareness of your emotional needs and your bodily experience, foster self-compassion and connection, create healthier patterns of relating, and provide tools for communication and regulation.

Clients who seek out individual therapy with me may be:

  • Healing from trauma

  • Processing grief and loss

  • Seeking relief from anxiety

  • Navigating a life transition

  • Exploring identity and sexuality

  • Looking for deeper self-understanding

  • Wanting to change unhelpful relationship or conflict patterns

relationship therapy

Being in relationship with others is one of the most profound experiences we have as human beings. It can also be one of the most confusing, and at times, heartbreaking. In our work together, we’ll practice new modes of communication, increase awareness of current relational dynamics, and facilitate opportunities for healing connection so that you may feel a sense of security and ease in your relationship(s) again. You’ll be able to access and communicate your emotional experience, needs, and desires with one another to co-create a fulfilling connection that can hold your expansive and authentic self. I support couples, polycules, friends, and families (18+) in healing their relationships.

Clients who seek out relationship therapy with me may be:

  • Longing for repair and re-connection

  • Exploring alternative relationship structures

  • Hoping to disrupt negative cycles of communication or relationship dynamics

  • Desiring more intimacy and pleasure

  • Navigating a relationship or life-stage transition

  • Looking for clarity about whether to work on their relationship(s) or consider letting go

breakup support group

You’re experiencing the end of a significant relationship. Maybe you’re in the midst of a painful grief process - there’s sadness, anger, confusion, fear, uncertainty about who you are on your own and how to exist in the world now.

Maybe others in your life have moved on and are expecting you to do the same, but you’re in need of support and space to be with others who understand what you’re going through.

Group therapy provides a space to witness and be witnessed in shared experience, to be in community when everything feels like it’s falling apart.

Clients who seek out group therapy may be:

  • Navigating a recent or past breakup or divorce

  • Trying to understand their individual identity

  • Feeling isolated and looking for community support
