why join a breakup process group?

You’re experiencing the end of a significant relationship. Maybe you’re in the midst of a painful grief process - there’s sadness, anger, confusion, fear, uncertainty about who you are on your own and how to exist in the world now. Maybe others in your life have moved on and are expecting you to do the same, but you’re in need of support and space to be with others who understand what you’re going through.

Group therapy provides a space to witness and be witnessed in shared experience, to be in community when everything feels like it’s falling apart. Group provides an opportunity to receive real-time reflection and support from members and facilitator(s).

  • I’m a relational therapist supporting healing through connection—especially to the wounded parts of ourselves that need compassion and acceptance. My approach integrates parts work (IFS), somatic practices, and attachment-based modalities to help clients deepen self-awareness, shift patterns, build communication skills, and attune to their emotional and bodily experiences.
